General Return Information
Thank you for shopping with Fgroq. We are committed to providing high-quality women’s apparel including swimwear, casual shorts, dresses and daily outfits. This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on our official website. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. All return requests must be initiated within the valid return window. Late return requests will not be approved.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, all returned items must meet the following requirements, especially for swimwear products due to sanitary regulations:
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of stains, odors, makeup marks or sweat traces.
• Swimwear only: The original hygiene sticker, protective liner and all product tags must be completely intact. Returns without intact hygiene accessories will be rejected directly for health and safety reasons.
• Dresses and casual shorts must keep original tags, packaging and complete accessories, with no signs of wear, alteration or personal use.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging to avoid secondary damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following situations and products arefinal sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items marked “Final Sale”, clearance items, discounted promotional items and flash sale products.
• Swimwear with broken, removed or damaged hygiene stickers/liners.
• Items worn, washed, altered, stained or damaged by customers.
• Returns initiated after the 30-day valid return period.
• Missing original tags, packaging or product accessories.
Return Shipping & Fees
As an international cross-border store, we clarify the shipping fee rules as follows:
• Customer’s responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any international customs duties, tariffs or handling fees generated during the return process.
• Original shipping fees paid for your initial order are non-refundable.
• We do not provide free return labels unless official after-sales notification is issued by our customer service team.
Defective & Wrong Item Returns
If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours after package delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof. We will verify your case and offer free replacement, full refund or partial refund solutions according to the actual situation. For quality problems caused by our side, we will bear the corresponding return shipping cost after confirmation.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet all return conditions, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account automatically. The actual arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment platform and bank, which is beyond our control.
If you choose store credit instead of a cash refund, you will receive the full item amount without any handling fee, and the credit is valid for long-term use on our website.
Exchange Policy
We support size and style exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of receipt. If you need to exchange for a higher-priced product, you need to pay the price difference. For lower-priced exchanges, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method. All exchange items must comply with the return eligibility rules mentioned above.
How to Initiate a Return
Please follow the steps below to apply for a return or exchange:
1. Contact our customer service via our official store email or site message center, and provide your order number and return reason.
2. Wait for our team to review and send you the official return address and return instructions.
3. Pack the items completely and ship the package back, then send us the return tracking number.
4. Wait for our warehouse inspection and final refund/exchange processing.
